This gentle read is a fictional biography of the Brontë siblings which solidly follows with what is known of the life and writings of this family. If you love books written by the Brontë sister’s you will enjoy seeing how Giardina shows us the correlation between their real lives and what they wrote, but this is not the only reason to read this book. Giardina’s portrayal of mid 19^th century England adds to insights that may encourage you to search out more information of this time and the Brontës.

Easy Sunday afternoon read.
